Shipping Policy
Electrical Supplies Australia ships Australia-wide and internationally from our warehouse in Underwood, QLD. All orders are shipped by Always Prompt Repairs Pty Ltd, the parent company of Electrical Supplies Australia.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed and paid in full before 11:00am AEST, Monday to Friday, are packed and dispatched the same business day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after 11:00am or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers for bulky, heavy or oversized items where Australia Post is not suitable.
The following Australia Post services are available at checkout:
- Australia Post Standard — with signature on delivery (Australia only)
- Australia Post Express — with signature on delivery (Australia only)
- Australia Post International Economy — with signature on delivery and registered post
- Australia Post International Standard — with tracking
- Australia Post International Standard — with signature on delivery
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates only and are counted in business days from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times are determined by Australia Post and may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order, giving you the opportunity to review before payment.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
If you believe a shipping quote is excessive for your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide an amended quote where possible.
Click and Collect
Free click-and-collect is available from our warehouse:
Unit 2/68 Parramatta Rd, Underwood QLD 4119
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Select the pickup option at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are payable by the buyer upon delivery.

A tracking number is provided with every dispatched order. You can track your delivery at Australia Post Track & Trace.
